Join us for the May Technical Webinar: Your Photography Questions Answered, Part 1!
The May Technical Webinar speakers will be members of the Peachtree Corners Photography Club Board and the topic will be “Your Photography Questions Answered, Part 1”. The webinar is scheduled for Tuesday, May 28, 2024 at 6:30 pm.
We are all somewhere on our photographic journey and we all still have lots to learn about our passion of photography! Even if you think you know all the basics, there are bound to be a few tips and nuggets of information you will glean from this Webinar, beginners and pros alike.
Come and hear the answers to questions like the following (which you asked for) and have a chance to ask follow-up questions of the panel:
What is back button focus and how does it work? When should I use it?
What is auto-exposure bracketing, and what is it used for?
What are the best settings for shooting various types of photos (landscapes, portraits, sports, etc.)
How can I improve my photos in low light conditions without using flash?
What is “bokeh”? How do I get it, and how do you pronounce it? What is “depth of field” and why is it important? What is the “rule of thirds” and why is it important?
What’s the difference between RAW and .jpg ad which one should I shoot in?
We will also give you a tour of the extensive YouTube library of custom photos our Club has
generated over the last 5 years so you know what’s available to our paid members.
