The monthly club meeting is a free event for anyone who shares a passion for photography, from the total beginner with your phone to a professional with multiple gear sets. Please join us in-person or online and invite anyone who may be interested in exploring and learning about photography!

Our March Speaker is Thomas Yackley and the topic will be “Creative Techniques in Photography”!
Join the Peachtree Corners Photography Club for an immersive presentation on “Creative Techniques in Photography”. Sometimes it’s fun to try new, creative techniques aside from our documentary photography. Tom will teach us how to use these various techniques to expand our ability to get creative results with whatever equipment we have.
What will we learn:
Long exposures
Multiple exposures
Intentional Camera Movement
Combining Techniques
How to do some of these with phone cameras and other techniques
About Thomas Yackley:
Thomas Yackley is a nature photographer and digital artist. The natural world is a major theme in his images. Besides shooting landscapes and wildlife, Thomas enjoys teaching photo classes and leading workshops in the Great Smoky Mountains (www.naturephotoworkshops.com).
He is a member of Georgia Nature Photographers Association, Southeastern Photographic Society, Professional Photographers of America, and the North American Nature Photographers Association. His award-winning photos have been displayed in galleries throughout Georgia, in New York, and in Colorado.
