Submit 2 "Before & After" Critique Photos for the July Technical Webinar!
The July Technical Webinar speakers will be Brian Walton and David Schilling and the topic will be "Submissions for Critique: Before & After".
The webinar is scheduled for Tuesday, July 23, 2024 at 6:30 pm. Photos need to be submitted by Saturday, July 6th by 11:59 pm!
Editing a RAW photo should serve to bring out the best of the image you took. A plethora of options are available to a photographer to process and modify the image that came out of your camera. For the July Webinar we invite you to submit an unedited out of camera image (can be a RAW image converted to JPEG without any modifications) as well as the final edited image you created with all the techniques at your disposal. During the session we will critique areas that brought your image to life as well as potential areas of improvement as it relates directly to the editing process.
David and Brian will review and discuss one of your images (as time allows) for critique. Files submitted must follow a "firstname lastname - photo title" naming convention to be considered for inclusion. Label one "BEFORE" and one "AFTER", such as "John Smith - Penguins BEFORE" and "John Smith - Penguins AFTER".
The Technical Webinar will take place on Tuesday, July 23rd via Zoom. For the webinar, we encourage all members to submit 2 photos of their own photos for feedback before the deadline of 11:59 pm on Saturday, July 6th.

Submit your 2 photos for feedback in our July Technical Webinar. Our presenters will use this opportunity to provide feedback on the strong and weak points of each image.
Must follow this naming convention for file name: Firstname Lastname - Photograph Title
Please label the images with "BEFORE" and "AFTER".
Example: John Smith - Deer in Stream BEFORE
Example: John Smith - Deer in Stream AFTER
Upload 2 JPG files or PNG format. Convert your image from RAW to a JPG for the unedited photo.
By submitting a photo you grant PCPC the right to use it as part of the Technical Webinar which will be recorded and to use it in club publicity and on the club website. Photos will not be used in any other manner by the club.
Submission deadline is 11:59 pm on Saturday, July 6th.
