The Peachtree Corners Photography Club May meeting started with a workshop on exposure. The “still life” setup was made intentionally difficult with a newspaper background. This provided the challenge to use depth of field and exposure control creatively.
The request, “now you try it”, cleared the chairs in a hurry. The discussions were lively and enthusiastic. Participants took the opportunity to become more familiar with the challenges and the features of their gear.
Tuesday, June 12, 2018, 6:30 pm at the Pinckneyville Community Center. The workshop will be a demonstration and discussion of post-processing with Lightroom.
The monthly meeting of the Peachtree Corners Photography Club will be on
Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at 7:30 pm
at the Pinckneyville Community Center, Berkeley Lake, GA
Our theme for program segment is “A is for Art – Use aperture priority mode to manage depth of field and take your photography to the next level“. Photos from members will demonstrate what can be done – and how.
The majority of our hour will be a mini-workshop on depth of field. Bring your camera, tripod if you like. We will have lights and a selection of subjects to practice on. You may then share and discuss your images with the group.
This will be a fun evening for photo enthusiasts of all levels and interests!
